Nova is running a Governance Masterclass programme aimed at trustees, directors and management committee members of local charities and community organisations.

Good governance is a vital part of how third sector organisations operate and are held accountable. The Governance Masterclass programme will be made up of five sessions. Attending all five sessions will provide a solid underpinning for new trustees and for experienced board members who need a refresh on their understanding of their role in strategic leadership and governance of the organisation they are on the board/committee of.

The session will be delivered by Tim Larden, Ladbrook Insurance and will look at understanding and mitigating risk, including safeguarding issues, for trustees and directors.
