Round 9 of the Energy Redress Scheme is open until 4 November 2020.

Energy Saving Trust (EST) has been appointed by Ofgem to distribute payments from Ofgem regulated companies who may have breached rules. Registered charities, in England, Scotland and Wales, can apply for grant funding to deliver energy related projects that meet the scheme priorities. Successful projects are selected with input from an independent panel of experts.

Round 9 Small Project Fund
Amount available: £500,000
Grant size: Minimum grant amount £20,000 - Maximum grant amount £49,999
Priority: Support energy consumers in vulnerable situations

Round 9 Main Fund
Amount available: £5 million
Grant Size: Minimum grant amount £50,000 - Maximum grant amount £1 million
Priority: Support energy consumers in vulnerable situations

Round 9 Innovation Fund
Amount available: £1.2million
Grant size: Minimum grant amount £50,000 – Maximum grant amount £1million
Priority: The development of products and/or services, which are genuinely innovative and not currently accessible to energy consumers or certain groups of energy consumers.
