The Warwick Ahead Community Board (through Nova Wakefield District Limited, which will be the employing organisation) is looking to recruit a Warwick Ahead Community Engagement Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project with local people.

Warwick Ahead is a Lottery funded Big Local Programme and is an exciting opportunity for residents to use at least £1m to make a massive and lasting positive difference to their community. Big Local brings together all the local talent, ambitions, skills and energy from individuals, groups and organisations who want to make their area an even better place to live.
The purpose of the Warwick Ahead Community Engagement Worker is:
- To raise awareness of Warwick Ahead Big Local within the community and to build relationships with local people, groups and organisations.
- To support and encourage residents and local groups to take a positive and active role in community life and in Warwick Ahead Big Local, supporting the Partnership with the development and progress of the Community Plan.
- To work as part of a team with workers, volunteers and agencies in achieving the Community vision of Warwick Ahead Big Local Partnership.
