Action for Blind People provides support, advice and information to blind and partially sighted people throughout Yorkshire and Humber. It has Eye Clinic Liaison Officers based in a number of hospitals in the region including in Pinderfields Ophthalmology Outpatients department. It provides employment, assistive technology and independent living advice on a 121 and group basis. It provides activity clubs, day events and activity breaks to blind and partially sighted children, young people and their families.
