Catch A Falling Star is a Wakefield based support group for adults aged 18+ who are affected by mental health issues either through suffering with their own mental illness, those with a history of mental health issues or anyone who supports individuals living with mental health conditions. The group aims to bring people together so that they can meet with like-minded people with a mutual respect and understanding for those affected by issues surrounding mental health. The group aims to help people develop their support network and learn new skills and ways of coping from others in a creative way. The group meets fortnightly on a Wednesday (excluding school holidays) at The Art House in Wakefield.
