The combination of face-to-face home visits, a befriending service and CAP's in-depth debt counselling empowers individuals who are struggling or have complex needs to work themselves out of debt. CAP JOB CLUB: CAP Job Club allows jobseekers to face this challenge with other people in similar situations. They also receive practical and tailored support through one-to-one coaching and the eight session Steps to Employment course, which takes them through each step of the job hunting process. CAP RELEASE GROUP: These groups offer support to anyone with life controlling issues. Whatever it is people are struggling with, the groups provide a safe and confidential place where they can tackle the issue right at the core to break free and stay free.
