What should charities do about Twitter?

Permacrisis, defined as lurching from one challenge to another, is 2022’s word of the year. It sums up the world we live in, and is equally apt for Twitter.

When Elon Musk acquired the platform in October he cut half the workforce and reinstated banned accounts such as Donald Trump’s. Twitter is now set to lose 32 million users, according to one forecast.

  • Define the level of risk that Twitter’s instability poses to your organisation and plan to mitigate it
