Star Bereavement is a specialist and innovative children and young people’s Bereavement Service that supports children, young people, young adults and families in the Wakefield District affected by the death of a person important to them, addressing their needs in ways that are compassionate, comprehensive and accessible.

Star Bereavement are seeking to appoint a passionate and skilled Bereavement Practitioner, to deliver and co produce support for children and young people across Star’s model of support.
To work as part of the community based Star Bereavement team to improve outcomes for children and young people who are disadvantaged by bereavement
You must have experience of supporting children and young people and of delivering group based support.
