A framework to support putting patients at the heart of integrated neighbourhood health

Follow a number of co-productive discussion sessions throughout December and January, we would like to present what has been developed to support neighbourhood teams involve people, communities and VCSE groups in integrated neighbourhood health.

During the session we will be looking at the development, use and future support of the framework. There will be opportunity for questions.

This session is aimed at anyone working in, or with, integrated neighbourhood health.
