  • Being part of the Wakefield Wellbeing Charter – we joined the charter to access health and wellbeing initiatives for our staff, such as a series of short sessions on sleeping well.
  • Working towards a Menopause Accreditation - we are committed to being menopause friendly, so we're reviewing our policies, practices, training and more to make sure our staff have the guidance and support they need.
  • Making our application process more accessible, and we are happy to receive feedback on how we can improve.
