Key Fund support social enterprises, charitable organisations and small businesses with varying needs across a wide range of sectors.

So far, the Community Business Fund has focussed on community asset development and will continue to support community businesses.

To access this fund you will need to be an incorporated ‘not for private profit’ business with a clear geography of benefit and demonstrate local engagement.

Fund Offer:

  • Loans from £5k up to £250k
  • Maximum loan terms of up to 15 years
  • 6.5% flat interest rate
  • 1% arrangement fee
