What the fund is about: A collaboration between Prosper and Nova, aimed at empowering local VCSE organisations through core funding. The fund offered core and project funding with minimal restrictions, enabling organisations to access the support they needed. Grants of £500 to £20,000 awarded to VCSE organisations in Wakefield District to support core costs, continue existing projects and assist with a new project.

Grants are available to registered charities to deliver a variety of projects and activities that support children and young people under the age of 26.
This new fund for groups who distribute food and other essential items for disadvantaged members of the local community will open on 15 July and will be open for 2 weeks.
Small grants are available for local projects, activities and organisations that have charitable aims and that will be of real direct benefit to families.
