Applicants must be able to attend all three dates: 4, 11, 18 November from 13.15pm to 16.30pm

West Yorkshire HCP Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub can work a whole team or individuals from a team can attend on their own.

Effective teamworking is a journey not a destination and it’s a journey worth investing in. Effective teams deliver better and safer care, they adapt to change. Their members are valued for their contribution and experience higher levels of wellbeing. Today’s context creates additional challenges for teams and their members including virtual working, boundary management, communication and decision making. In complex and overwhelming environments team members face risks of reduced wellbeing, resilience and burnout.

The programme is delivered virtually over two half days with an option consolidation session and is suited to team leaders or those whose roles rely on team-working. Each half day is supported by preparatory activity. This programme compliments the skills and approaches in the coaching skills programme.

This course is particularly suited to those that lead or manage teams or that teamworking is an essential part of daily work. You can apply as an individual or bring a learning buddy from your team. If you have a whole team that may benefit from this approach and can commit to releasing the team for the at least two half days please get in touch and we can discuss further. No previous coaching experience needed.

Sign-up! These courses are popular so please sign up as soon as possible.
