Information about
Integrated Care Systems, Collaboration and Youth Voice
We’re pleased to invite you to a second national online workshop to explore how the Lundy Model of Participation can strengthen youth voice within Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), and how we can work together across regions to reduce duplication, maximise impact and build on the great work already happening.
This session builds on our first national conversation in June, where we explored how youth social action (YSA) can be embedded in ICSs and aligned with the ambitions of the 10 Year Health Plan. You don’t need to have attended the earlier workshop to join this one - everyone with an interest in youth voice and health systems is welcome.
This interactive session will create a space to:
- Hear from Prof. Laura Lundy on the Lundy Model and others who have used this model to amplify youth voice
- Explore how the Lundy Model can be practically applied in youth voice and participation work with examples from the regions who are using it
- Explore how partnership working and collaboration could maximise opportunity and impact across your regions
- Strengthen connections between local, regional and national partners to keep the connections going forward
We welcome a range of voices to the conversation, including (but not limited to):
ICS colleagues, VCSE Alliance members, Parent Carer Forums, Voluntary and Community Sector organisations, youth engagement forums, strategic partners, young people and anyone interested in Youth Voice.
This participatory workshop will include short presentations, small-group discussions and open conversations to help shape collective next steps and opportunities for collaboration across health and care systems.
We hope you can join us to explore how the Lundy Model can guide more meaningful, consistent, and connected youth voice practice across the country. And how collaboration across sectors can strengthen the youth voice work you are leading in your regions.
A detailed agenda will be shared ahead of the session.
Book your place soon! Please note: We will limit spaces from each area to ensure representation across England and different sectors.
