This programme will equip aspiring or existing managers with the knowledge and tools to lead teams and/or projects, through on-campus learning and self-guided study.

This session will focus on how to create and manage a simple budget for your small charity, including how to handle a small number of restricted grants – on a full cost recovery basis - and track the impact on reserves.
