Information about
Lunch & Learn: Addressing gaps in capital funding
This workshop is designed for charities, social enterprises, and community organisations that are looking to fund capital needs such as buildings, equipment, refurbishment, expansion, or infrastructure development - but are unsure of the best route to take.
Capital funding can be more complex than revenue funding, and organisations frequently rely on a single source such as grants or fundraising.
This session will broaden your understanding of the full range of options available, helping you explore how different income streams, funding models, and resource strategies can be combined to meet capital requirements. Rather than focusing on one solution, this workshop will help you think strategically about how to blend funding, income generation, partnerships, and assets to close capital funding gaps in a realistic and sustainable way.
This workshop is specific to Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations. Staff, trustees and volunteers working at VCSE organisations in Wakefield District are welcomed to attend.
This workshop will be delivered by our friends at Participate Projects, experts in funding and enterprise for charities, social enterprises and community iniatives.
