One-off grants are available for UK registered charities who are working to improve the lives of people in need by funding projects that make homes safe, welcoming, and comfortable.
Grants support essential home improvements.
There will be four rounds in 2026 although due to the high number of applications, future rounds may be closed and awarded from previous applications.

Grants of £10,000 per year for VCSE organisations to run ‘blue and green’ nature-based activities for adults in Wakefield District.
Grants for grassroots and community groups to support communities from the Windrush generation.
