The Creative & Active Fund gives young people in Wakefield the opportunity to apply for funding to spend on creative, arts, cultural, heritage or movement opportunities that will benefit other young people and make a real difference to their communities.
The project should be developed, applied for, and managed by young people aged 13+. The project can be delivered to young people up to the age of 18 (or 25 if vulnerable). However, an organisation must support the young people throughout the project, and host the money.
This fund is available for young people in either the South East, City Centre or the Five Towns.

Grants for registered charities and local causes which help young people to achieve their potential.
Grants are available for VCSE organisations working in Wakefield District for projects helping adults (age 18-67) to engage with services and activities, though new approaches to befriending and digital support.
