Funding Information

London North Eastern Railway is offering grants of up to £10,000 for charities, community groups, and other not-for-profit organisations to deliver small-to-medium-sized projects that deliver a positive impact for communities within 15 miles of the East Coast mainline route.

The Customer and Community Investment Fund will support projects that address one or more of the following priorities:

Better for People

  • Fostering a culture of equality that champions diversity and inclusivity.
  • Creating a culture of positive mental health, bringing people and communities together.

Better for Places

  • Creating skilled and inclusive communities along our networks that can thrive.

Better for Planet

  • Conserve resources, reduce waste, and reuse where possible.

Preference will be given to small-to-medium-sized charities with an annual income of less than £1 million per annum
