We start using your feedback straight away to improve what we offer (like our workshops, grants and 1-1 support from an Adviser) and strengthen our work to advocate for your organsisation through VCSE Voices. As always, we're extremely grateful that you're part of our community of members and we value your feedback whether you've accessed our services/events in the past year or not. 

The survey takes about 15 minutes, questions are optional and we don't ask for information that could identify you (only your organisation). 

The deadline to respond is Friday 1 May.

What happens with your feedback?

The survey closes on Friday 1 May and by Tuesday 12 May, the Nova Team will be meeting to review the analysis and discuss how to start implementing feedback.

This helps us to adapt so our work keeps up to date with the priorities and challenges of VCSE organisations across the district. Here are a few examples from the past year:

• Members wanted support around impact measurement & tools
• Since June, we've supported 48 organisations with impact measurement through training on Theory of Change Impact Chains, WELLBY and PAM

• Members needed to access 1-1 support more than before
• In August, we introduced a low-barrier way to get advice at the regular drop-ins at our office

• One member suggested having 'the occasional outdoor event "netwalking" for example'
• We ran our first netwalking session in September, with a brilliant response, and have another planned for June

• Members wanted training on impact measurement (68%), applying for funding (48%) and enterprise development (41%)
• We made these topics the focus of 65% of our workshops

• Members wanted 'support with other forms of income generation apart from grants'
• We offered enterprise support from our Adviser Team and ran workshops on social investment, procurement, crowdfunding, and enterprising

• Members' preferred method of communication was email (87%)
• We focused on using our member mailing list to send you clear, useful information
