Live Well Wakefield is an established social prescribing and self-management service, offering person-centred advice to adults across the Wakefield District so they can access an extensive range of non-medical local options to improve their health, wellbeing, and independence.

You’ll be supporting a brilliant service, but also be part of a great team. In our latest staff survey, 100% of the team told us they enjoy working at Live Well Wakefield.
