I’m a VCSE Development Coach here at Nova, working with community organisations to help them grow, strengthen, and become more sustainable. I encourage creative, enterprising ways of generating income, and I offer practical guidance on funding, governance, business planning, legal structures, and development.
Favourite hobbies and activities:
Outside work I love going on adventures in the Peak District with my partner and doing things in my community that spark my joy such as being in a community choir and attending a women's climbing group.
