Information about
Individual Coaching Skills Training
Most of us use some coaching skills and approaches every day in conversations that enable others. Growing evidence shows effective coaching skills can have a real impact on personal wellbeing, innovation, care outcomes, teamworking and leadership effectiveness. It takes no extra time but is a different approach to having great conversations. The WY Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub has run this programme since 2021 and all participants have consistently provided highly positive feedback! To find out more watch our brief video featuring previous participants.
