Leading in Uncertainty – Thinking about AI

Navigating AI is not just about implementing digital solutions, it often involves big emotions such as fear of job losses or harm to the environment. For charity leaders it means managing these emotions with your team to consider how to respond to this rapidly-evolving technology. These Leading in Uncertainty sessions on AI will provide an open space for small charity leaders to engage with peers navigating AI, and will encourage peer-learning and peer support.

You don’t have to be using AI or even thinking about using it. In fact, you may be deeply opposed to using it but still wanting to work through how it might affect your work. This is a space for all perspectives.

By joining this 90-minute online sessions, you will get the chance to meet up to 20 other small charity leaders and use this space to pause, reflect and learn from other leaders.

Who for: Leaders of small charities, community organisations and social enterprises, based in the UK. IVAR define ‘small’ as those with income of under £500,000 per year.
