New Code of Fundraising Practice: Are You Code Confident?

From 1 November 2025, the new Code of Fundraising Practice (the code) comes into effect. To help you and your organisation prepare, Fundraising Regulator are hosting a free, interactive webinar in mid-October.

This practical one-hour session will use live polls and interactive questions to support understanding of key parts of the code. Together, you'll talk through the answers and share practical insights on applying the rules in day-to-day fundraising.

Fundraising Regulator will also be explaining how to use our new guidance, including applied examples to show how it can support fundraisers in practice.
