This funding is to help get more people involved in physical activity in the community. Projects can run for up to 12 months and grants are available from £300 to £15,000.
The focus is on people who face barriers to activity and projects designed to help them join in.
So you can apply for projects to get more people active, like:
No submission deadline. Apply at least 12 weeks before you want to start activity or spend any money. You’ll usually get a decision within six to eight weeks.

Local registered charities and not-for-profit organisations can apply for grants of up to £5,000 for projects which improve a physical building (or land attached to it) that is used by people in need.
Unrestricted grants and training for small charities to develop their organisations to tackle health inequalities. Organisations led by and supporting the most disadvantaged communities are encouraged to apply.
