Triangle Trust 1949 runs two grants rounds a year and are currently accepting proposals for work supporting young women and girls who have been in the criminal justice system or who are at a high risk of entering it.
This opportunity is open for community and voluntary organisations who can demonstrate a track record of working with young people caught in the criminal justice system or vulnerable hard to engage young people on the edge of the criminal justice system.
In 2024 the Trust's focus is projects working with young women and girls. Please check the eligibility criteria before submitting an application as only certain types of organisations are eligible to apply. They will only fund work delivered by organizations that are ‘for’ and ‘led by’ women and girls or organizations where over 80% of total beneficiaries are women and girls.
Grants of between £10,000 and £80,000 for a duration of 12 months to two years. The amount of funding requested must be proportional to the project being undertaken. A maximum of £40,000 per year can be requested
Grants of up to £750 are available from McCarthy Stone Foundation for small charities and community groups bringing together people over 65 at Christmas.
