We especially want to hear from people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, as local charities are stronger when theirboards reflect the communities they serve.

Trustees are: people who lead charities and, together with other board members, decide how they are run. They care about a charity and want to help guide it in the right direction.

• Where to find support and next steps if you’d like to get involved
