Access to Work

This online session covers what Access to Work is, what it can support with, the eligibility criteria and the customer journey.

What will the session cover?

During the online session we cover detail about what Access to Work is, what support it can provide to customers and the eligibility criteria.

The session also covers the Access to Work application process, reporting changes of circumstance and disputing an award decision.

Within the session there are case studies of how Access to Work can support people to enable them to remain in or move closer to work, and there is the opportunity for Q&A at the end of the session.

Who is the session for?

This session is intended for charities and organisations that provide free support to individuals managing their DWP benefits and grants. If your organisation charges for support services, we kindly ask that you do not register.
