Cancer Connecting Roles - Community of Practice Event

The Living with and Beyond Cancer Team, part of West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance, is hosting a Community of Practice for non-clinical support staff working with people affected by cancer across West Yorkshire and Harrogate.

This event is for those in roles that connect, and support people affected by cancer—such as Cancer Care Coordinators, Cancer Navigators, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribing Link Workers, or VCSE staff. 

All are welcome! Come along to network, share experiences, and strengthen connections across sectors. We will also explore integrated ways of working through collaboration, supporting from ‘hospital-to-community’ which is one of the three key shifts in the government’s 10-Year Health Plan.
