This session is designed for Rewarding Agencies across the district and will provide practical guidance, useful tips, and an opportunity to share ideas with other organisations using the platform.

• Discuss how Citizen Coin automatically creates a Social CV for volunteers and participants, helping individuals build a record of their contributions, skills, and achievements.
• Share examples of how organisations are using Citizen Coin to recruit volunteers, increase participation, and celebrate community involvement.
• Provide an early look at our new data dashboard developments, which will give organisations access to a wide range of insights, including participation levels, demographics, activity trends, volunteer engagement, and emerging behaviour change data.
