Community of Practice - Healthcare Inequalities and the 10 Year Plan
Join us for a day of learning and collaboration focused on Reducing Healthcare Inequalities. This event brings together healthcare professionals and VCSE organisations working in Healthcare to discuss strategies and best practices.
Our target audience is clinical staff delivering care to patients through Primary, secondary and community services, service managers, NHS and LA policymakers and VCSE organisations to explore and address inequality in Healthcare Services.
Come share your experiences, gain insights, and network with colleagues across the system. Let's work together to make a positive impact on healthcare access, experience and outcomes for all members of our community. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the change!
