Heart of the Community Event

In collaboration between Healthcare, Wakefield Council and VCSE representatives, Age UK Wakefield District is hosting the Heart of the Community event.

Do you work in health or social care and support people to access local services? This event is an excellent opportunity to increase your knowledge of community support available within the Normanton area, helping you to confidently signpost and refer people to the right services.

The event brings together colleagues from a range of organisations, providing an opportunity to make new connections, share information and build a stronger understanding of the support available to local residents.

There will be built in time where you can further network with services that you would like to develop a better understanding.
