Information session: Workforce training via the Adult Social Care LDSS
The Adult Social Care Learning and Development Support Scheme (LDSS) provides funding to help the non-regulated adult social care workforce complete training courses and qualifications. Designed to improve retention in the sector, the scheme gives organisations and staff the chance to gain recognition for existing expertise and develop new skills and specialisms.
The scheme is administered by NHSBSA on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care. Eligible employers can claim varying levels of reimbursement from this fund. You’ll need an up-to-date ASC-WDS account to apply online.
