We’re hiring a Social Prescriber to join the Live Well Wakefield team, a community-based service that supports adults aged 18+ to improve their health, wellbeing and independence. This role is part of our Healthy Working Life work focused on supporting individuals to remain well at work.
We are keen to support collaboration and welcome applications from people who may wish to undertake this role on a secondment basis, increasing understanding of the district’s largest social prescribing programme. You would also be gaining an opportunity to better understand how to create links between Live Well Wakefield and your own organisation.
We are happy to have conversations with VCSE organisations about secondment arrangements that provide opportunities forstaff development, while bringing valuable experience and expertise into the Live Well Wakefield Team. Nova Wakefield District is a local charity that supports Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise organisations in Wakefield District.
