West Yorkshire Employment Support Review

At a time when unemployment is a growing concern, West Yorkshire Combined Authority is reviewing the employment support which is currently available in the region.

Their appointed consultants are running a series of workshops for anyone who is interested in contributing to the review, including VCSE organisations.

The aim of this review is to develop a more integrated, stable and effective system that improves outcomes for residents, employers and communities across West Yorkshire. They are interested in how the system operates overall, including pathways, integration and commissioning (rather than assessing the performance of any individual organisation).

During this workshops you will discuss the changing employment landscape in West Yorkshire, the current vision for employment support, and how we can progress towards the aims of the vision. This will culminate in the development of a Theory of Change framework to be tested and co-designed.
