Diverse Communities Connector

Carers Wakefield & District are seeking a passionate individual who is able to quickly build relationships with a diverse range of underrepresented communities, connecting them to the support that the team give to unpaid carers.

  • 35 days annual leave (pro rata) plus 1 days birthday leave

Carers Wakefield & District are passionate about supporting our staff and have a  good package of health and wellbeing support in place.

Hours: To be arranged. Usually Monday to Friday but flexibility will be needed to meet the needs of the targeted communities.
Position is 12 months fixed term with possibility of extension.
A full clean driving licence and use of a car is essential.
