We are welcoming Paul Kilgallon from Participate Projects to run this workshop. Paul is an expert in enterprise for VCSE organisations and a brilliant coach, sharing experiences and insights so you can come away with a plan!

This engaging workshop will cover the different methods of income generation that are available and provide time and support to explore the right mix for you. Paul will be covering:

• Who they're open to and what you'd need to do
• Creating an income plan
• Creating a budget
