Apply by 27 July: Community Leaders Programme

The West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) is seeking applications from a diverse range of community members and potential leaders to take part in a three-month training programme, starting in September 2025. The programme is open to all ages, 18+. Applications are encouraged from those working directly with young people and those from grassroot organisations.

We are hoping to identify, develop and support a network of community leaders across West Yorkshire who are connected to, working or volunteering in the voluntary and community sector.

The West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP) offers this Institute of Leadership Management recognised programme to support ongoing community work. It will help participants develop their unique voluntary and charity sector leadership style and is being delivered by leadership coaching agency Jones Consulting.
